About Sacred Circles

 

Sacred Circles  offers space to gather in the presence of God as individuals or small groups/circles to share the joys and struggles in life; to come as you are; to notice and wonder about/with God.

 

Individuals and circles are companioned with a facilitator trained and certified in holy listening
commonly referred to as a spiritual director.

 

Experiences with Sacred Circles  includes
honest conversation, silence, reflection, rest and prayer.
A  tactile, art or listening experience might be included - depending on how you chose to be with God

 

About the Facilitator

Hi, I am Robin Fraser. Thank you for visiting Sacred Circles.

 

My life has been filled with many opportunities to become aware of God's presence
through celebration and  struggle.

I have been listened to and have leaned in to what others need to share throughout the years.

Sitting with people's stories is who I am.
Asking intentional questions that allow for insight is part of how God has formed me. 

 

Being listened to by a trained ear and presence became a part of my spiritual life more than 12 years ago.
This practice has remained not only a gift but a necessity in becoming more of who I am meant to be.

 

Spiritual Direction is highly valuable to me and so I studied to become a director.

Christos Center for Spiritual Transformation guided and shaped my spiritual facilitating. 
I graduated from Christos earning a Spiritual Direction Certificate and
have helped develop other learners there desiring the same.
Within my local church, I co-led the spiritual direction ministry and
am a member of ESDA and Spiritual Directors International.

I have completed certificates in typing and teaching the Enneagram.
This is a helpful tool that I am excited to offer people as they engage with God.

 

I am a wife,  mother of four young adults .  
I hold a BA in education, was a public school educator,
am a homeschool teacher and am executive director of a homeschool academy.
 

For more than 20 years I have lead individuals and groups in a variety of ways.
It is an honor to be present to people in life.
Relationships, laughter, adventures of all kinds and, of course, God bring life to me.
