Sacred Individual

 

Individual direction is a one on one gathering with yourself and a director
that can be done in person, over the phone or via video conference 
Sessions are set up individually

 

 Our time will be spent in encouragement, conversation, silence, intention, prayer, end experience – all guided by the Holy Spirit and facilitated by a certified director

 

There are a variety of reasons one might enter spiritual direction

• A desire to be more attentive to God
  Help in discerning a decision
  Exploring God

• Discovery of own story/self

• Desire to pause / rest
  Sorting out struggles in life
  Recognizing the good in life
  Walking the spiritual life with others
  and more

 

Each person has a story that is filled with joys and concerns, disappointments and struggles
Creating a safe and confidential space with God is sacred
